Dean Johnson just has too much on his plate to continue another 4 years. Dean, you’re good people and you have made Index a better place to live thank to your efforts and understanding of the community.

As always, thanks to Lisa for emailing us the minutes!! We just don’t see how she finds the time to do everything she does.
