We will be participating in the Scott Firefighter Stairclimb and we’d appreciate it if you could support us by doing the following:

As tradition has it, every year on the last day of school, Fire District #28 and Captain Ernie Walters, sprays the children down for a good soaking.

Photos:Fire Department Open House

The FD District #28 Open House was held today from 11:00am-2:00pm.  Ernie Walters, Sue Cross and a host of others helped cook and the food AS USUAL was great.  The general store donated a carrot cake (they did so yesterday too for Dana Starfire’s swearing in party) and there were plenty of burgers and dogs with all the trimmings, soda, coffee, chips and deserts.

We thank the Fire Department and Ernie for all the hard work they put in to this event.  A handful of snapshots follows below.
